One of my friends nick named me “Nola” - short for granola.

Dried strawberries, cranberries, cherries, apricots, cashews, almonds, honey, oats…

I don’t mind that nick name at all. Yum.

Recipe:
1/2 cup each dried fruit (chopped)
1/2 cup cashews (chopped)
1/2 cup almonds (chopped)
3 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Mix together and put in a 300 degree oven for about 30 minutes, tossing occasionally.
